Fill out the enrollment form, sign the bottom, and mail to 146 West Boylston Drive, Suite 301, Worcester, MA  01606.  Enclose a deposit check for $50 payable to New England Business Educational Systems.

Should you desire, apply for self payment plan by using the forms that were mailed to you or by clicking here  you can print the form out. (note: this make take a few minutes to download). Once mailed to our business office, approved loans take at least 10 days.
